Coming to iPhone

Every flight, calmly handled.

Forward one confirmation email and your whole trip — gates, delays, aircraft and belts — lands in one place, on your calendar, with an AI that knows all of it.

The problem

Travel days shouldn’t need four apps and a group chat.

Booking in one app, status in another, your visa rules nowhere.
Gate changes you find out about from the departure board.
Refreshing a delay screen instead of enjoying the lounge.
The answer

One app that already knows what happens next.

Add a flight once. Tripy tracks it minute by minute, tells you the moment something moves, and quietly hands you the next thing you need — gate, terminal, weather, belt number.

How it feels

Three moments Tripy handles for you.

Before the airport

The delay finds you first.

09:46 becomes 10:40 while you’re still at breakfast — with the new landing time already worked out, not just the bad news.

In the air

On the map, mid-flight.

Position on the route, progress so far, and an arrival estimate that keeps correcting itself — labelled as an estimate, because it is one.

Wheels down

Landed, and already handled.

Landed 09:45 — the arrival card is waiting before the seatbelt sign is off, with everything you need to walk off and go.

Booking import

Forward the confirmation. Tripy reads the rest.

Multi-leg itineraries, codeshares and the ugly ones full of record locators and fare codes. One forward and every flight lands in the right order, in your calendar.

Forward it once
Forward to your own private Tripy address — it only accepts mail from you.
Every leg, parsed
Every flight separated, timezone-corrected and deduplicated against what you already have.
One tap to your calendar
Real events with terminals, gates and seats — not a wall of text.
Reads airline confirmations and corporate GDS itineraries — Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, Concur and TripActions among them.
Live tracking

Know where your aircraft is before you leave the house.

Real-time position, live timings and the gate the airline has actually assigned — not the one printed on your booking.

Smart alerts · Pro

Hear it from Tripy, not the tannoy.

Delays, gate changes and boarding land on your Lock Screen the second they’re confirmed — usually before the board updates. A Live Activity keeps the route, gate and seat there for the whole journey, so you never unlock to check.

Aircraft & weather

Land knowing exactly what to expect.

The aircraft you’re actually flying on, and the weather waiting at the other end — so you pack the right jacket and pick the right seat.

One place

From booking to baggage belt, in order.

Check-in, boarding, gate and baggage belt arrive in the order you’ll need them. Nothing to search for.

Up close

The screen, at full size.

Three details from the screens above, close enough to read.

Close-up of Tripy's Live Activity: route, gate, seat and progress

The whole flight on your Lock Screen — gate, seat, progress, and the alert when something changes.

Close-up of the glance row: status, arrival gate and seat

Status, arrival gate and seat in one glance row — the three things you actually check.

Close-up of the Schengen day counter: 29 of 90 days used

Schengen days counted from your own flights — before the border does it for you.

Tripy AI

Stop reading your itinerary. Just ask it.

Tripy AI has already read every booking you’ve imported — so it answers in your trip’s terms, not the internet’s.

“How long between my flights at Heathrow?”
“What seat am I in on the Edinburgh leg?”
“Summarise next week’s travel for my assistant.”
Your bookings are never used to train models.
Visa & entry

Find out at home, not at the desk.

Tripy checks your passport against the trip you have booked — the six-month rule, the visa you need, and how many of your 90 Schengen days you have already spent. It counts them from the flights already in the app.

Guidance, not advice — rules change, and Tripy says so rather than pretending otherwise.

Your record

Every flight you take, quietly counted.

Where you have been, how far, and which airlines actually get you there on time — built from your own flights, not a survey.

The difference

A travel day, before and after.

The usual way
— The gate change you discover standing under a departures board.
— Refreshing the airline’s app to see if the delay grew.
— A late-night search spiral about passport rules and visa forms.
— Landing, then working out where everything is from scratch.
With Tripy
The gate lands on your Lock Screen, usually before the board moves.
One notification with the new time — and what it means for landing.
Entry rules checked against your passport, days counted from your flights.
The arrival details ready the moment the wheels touch.
Built honest

If Tripy can’t verify it,
you won’t see it.

Nothing invented

No guessed gates, no fabricated positions, no pretend telemetry. When something is unknowable, Tripy shows nothing — not a decoration.

Estimates say so

When a time is Tripy’s estimate rather than the airline’s word, it is labelled in plain language. You always know which one you’re reading.

One email at launch. Nothing else, ever.

Questions, answered.

Yes. Your boarding pass, timings, gate and seat are cached on device, so they are there in aeroplane mode or on patchy airport Wi-Fi. Live tracking resumes the moment you reconnect.

Over 900 airlines and every major international airport. If we can’t track a flight properly, we’ll tell you before you rely on it — Tripy would rather show you nothing than something it made up.

Airline confirmations, corporate GDS itineraries from Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport, and travel-management emails from Concur and TripActions — including multi-leg trips and codeshares. You forward them to your own private Tripy address, which only accepts mail sent by you, and every flight is shown for you to confirm before it is added.

Anything about the trips you have added: how long you have between flights, which terminal you are in, what changed since yesterday, whether a trip needs a visa, or a summary you can send to a colleague. It answers from your imported bookings and live flight data — and your bookings are never used to train models.

Your flights sync through our own backend so they follow you between devices, and an account is what they follow you by. Travel document numbers are not collected at all. No advertising SDKs, no analytics, no selling travel data. Full details in the privacy policy.

Every flight you add is tracked free — status, terminal, gate, seat and destination weather — and check-in reminders are free for everyone. Pro adds updates every five minutes, predicted times rather than the printed schedule, Lock Screen alerts, visa and entry checks, Tripy AI and the full journey timeline.
