Privacy — waitlist

This covers the early-access waitlist only. Tripy has not launched. The full privacy policy for the app is published before release, and will replace this page.

What we collect

Your email address, and nothing else. No name, no tracking, no cookies, no analytics — this site sets no cookies and runs no third-party scripts of any kind.

Why

To send you one email, when TestFlight opens. We will not send anything else. The lawful basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.

Who holds it

Tripy. You can reach us at legal@tripy.flights about anything on this page. Tripy is currently operated by an individual in the United Kingdom; the full legal entity details are published here at launch.

The address is stored by Supabase, our database provider, acting as a processor on our instructions. It is never sold, never shared for marketing, and never passed to anyone else.

How long

Until launch, plus a short period afterwards so we can tell whether the invitation reached you. Ask us to remove it sooner and we will, immediately.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent — by replying to the invitation email, or writing to legal@tripy.flights. There is one field, so this is usually a one-line answer. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner (ico.org.uk).
